17 still missing after fishing boat sinks in East China Sea

17 people are still missing almost three weeks after a fishing boat sank in the East China Sea on April 30. The East China Sea Rescue Bureau had dispatched vessels and a helicopter to search for the boat, but they later confirmed the ship had sunk. Search and rescue efforts are still ongoing, with the cause of the incident under investigation.
