The Olympic flame has landed in Brazil starting a 95-day torch relay around the country in the countdown to the 2016 Rio Games. The first stop was Planalto Palace, the official workplace of the President, in the capital Brasilia. It was then passed into the city’s main cathedral. The flame will be stopping in over 300 Brazilian cities until the Games are officially opened at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro on August 5.
