2016 Summer Davos opens in North China’s Tianjin

The 2016 Summer Davos Forum opened on Sunday in North China’s Tianjin Municipality. This year’s event is expected to attract over 1,700 political and business leaders from more than 90 countries, including the prime ministers of South Korea and the Kyrgyz Republic. Celebrities like South Korean Go player Lee Se-dol and NBA star Jeremy Lin will also attend the event. Under the theme of “The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Its Transformational Impact,” the three-day forum will focus on technological innovation and its growing influence on economy.
