4.7 mln Syrians have fled to neighboring countries

As the Syrian civil war enters its sixth year, one Syrian monitoring group estimates that close to half a million people have been killed. Nearly half the population has been uprooted and much of the country is in ruins. Around 4.7 million Syrians have fled to neighboring countries, with many now living in refugee camps. CCTV’s Kate Parkinson visited a camp in northern Iraq and brings us this report.
