60,000 people flee into neighboring countries due to South Sudan crisis

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, more than 60,000 people have fled South Sudan into neighboring Uganda, Sudan and Kenya since fresh clashes recently erupted.  Many are malnourished children. The UNHCR says food shortages and a cholera outbreak have made the situation even worse.
