68-meter-high skywalks span buildings in SW China

Two parallel skywalks have been built to link two tall buildings in southwest China’s Chongqing municipality.

The steel skywalks, at a height of 68 meters, linked the 22nd floors of two commercial buildings.

A 150-tonne crane was used to install the cable-stayed bridges.

The overpasses also offer pedestrians a shortcut which saves about 20 minutes.
