There are only 30 days to go until the G20 summit opens in China’s Hangzhou city in Zhejiang Province. The city, already famous as a beauty spot, has been spruced up even more for the arrival of political and economic leaders from across the globe. The summit will gather leaders responsible for around 80% of the world’s economy. Liu Baocheng from the University of International Business and Economics, Pieter Cleppe, the Head of the Brussels office of Open Europe and Scott Kennedy from the Center for Strategic and International Studies discuss how the G20 summit can help inject some vitality into a sluggish world economy.
