Afghan public disappointed at government 15 years after the war

The situation in Afghanistan has not improved for many of its citizens two years after the establishment of the country’s national unity government. According to the power-sharing deal reached in September 2014, President Ghani and Chief Executive Abdullah agreed to push for political reforms by October 2016. These plans have stalled. Taliban groups continue to grow in some areas, while other extremists are entering the country.
