Air strikes on Thursday killed at least 28 civilians in a camp for internally displaced refugees near the Turkish border in northern Syria, as a 48-hour ceasefire took hold in Aleppo. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said air strikes struck the camp for the internally displaced near Sarmada, in Idlib province, which is controlled by Syria’s Al-Qaeda affiliated Al-Nusra Front.
