Airstrikes in rebel-held areas of northwest Syria have killed at least 24 people and wounded at least 90, hours after Russia and the US announced a ceasefire deal, with the number of casualties expected to rise. The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said raids in Idlib province targeted the Jisr al-Shughour area, which is largely under the control of the rebel group Jaish al-Fateh, or Army of Conquest, with many of the injured in a critical condition.
