The largest hospital in rebel-held east Aleppo was bombed on Saturday for the second time since the government launched its offensive to recapture the whole city on September 22. The Syrian American Medical Society said two barrel bombs hit the medical facility. Reports of a cluster bomb emerged as well. Casualties are still unknown.
