Alibaba founder Jack Ma vows to boost e-payment systems in Thailand

Alibaba chairman Jack Ma has vowed to boost Thailand’s e-payment systems and help small businesses there, by training Thai citizens at the company’s headquarters in China’s Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Thai government believes e-payment systems will not only make life convenient but also prevent fraud. Together with Alibaba, the government will form a working group to develop an action plan for e-commerce development.
