‘All major Opposition parties united in protest’

Suspended Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi today claimed that all the major opposition parties, including the Trinamool Congress Party and the Aam Aadmi Party, were united in protest against the government. “What you have blatantly achieved through your disregard to parliamentary rules is to unite the opposition,” he said, addressing the government. However, senior journalist R Rajagopalan and policy analyst MR Venkatesh, dismissed Gogoi’s charges against the government and lambasted the Congress party for causing disruptions in the House.
