The head of the Syrian Kurdish PYD party has denied Turkish allegations that it was involved in a bomb attack in Ankara. At least 28 people were killed on Wednesday when a car bomb targeting the military in the Turkish capital exploded. Following the blast, 14 people were detained. Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said PYD’s armed wing carried out the attack, in coordination with the PKK, an outlawed Kurdish group in Turkey.
