Australian photographer Anne Geddes is known around the world for her work featuring joyful babies in unconventional settings. Now, Geddes has turned her lens on an entirely different subject: the meningococcal disease. She hopes her photos will educate others about the disease by focusing on the bravery of those who live through it.
