Anti-Terrorism: ISIL may use ‘Dark Web’ to spread propaganda online

In the wake of Friday’s attacks in Paris, US intelligence officials have tried to blame the spread of encrypted communications, and the so-called dark space, for the terrorists’ ability to conceal their plans from law enforcement. It remains unclear if the attackers used encrypted communication, but that hasn’t stopped the criticism. CCTV’s Jim Spellman filed this report from Washington DC.
