Apple has issued a global iPhone security update after researchers uncovered espionage software used in the Middle East. The company said it is the first time they have seen such a hack, and noted that it has fixed the flaw immediately after discovering it. The security flaw could give hackers full control over a phone, including the ability to eavesdrop on calls, activate cameras, steal passwords and harvest messages.
