Congress leader Randeep Surjewala while addressing the media after the Delhi high court on Monday rejected Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Vice President and Rahul Gandhi’s petitions in the National Herald case said that appropriate court advice has been sought from legal counsellor. “The issue is that the incredulous agents of BJP will never deter the resolve of Congress leadership. To stand up to fight and to stand with the truth with all our might and to raise people’s voice

we will not be deterred we will not be cowed down,” said Surjewala He also said that they will not back down in front of any provocation by false case by political vendetta and by low level insulation that BJP and its incredulous agents continue to do. In a major setback for Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, the Delhi high court on Monday rejected their petitions in the National Herald case, effectively asking them to appear before the trial court. Upholding the summons issued to the top Congress brass by the trial court, the high court dismissed the petitions filed by the top Congress brass, which has now decided to move a division bench of the court challenging the order.
