At least 102 killed, 277 families displaced in floods and landslides in Nepal

Monsoon rains have caused floods and landslides in 43 districts of Nepal, killing at least 102 people. 22 people are missing and dozens have been injured by landslides. Over 270 families were reportedly displaced. Nepal’s Defense Minister Bhim Rawal said the government has deployed military helicopters to carry out relief and rescue operations in flood-hit districts.
