The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says at least 23 people are dead after airstrikes in rebel-held parts of Aleppo. A Syrian search and rescue group says as much as 43 may be dead. Earlier, the International Committee of the Red Cross said humanitarian aid had been delivered for the first time in six months to four besieged towns.
