Azerbaijan and Armenian forces in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region say they’ve halted fighting after four days of bloodshed. According to Azerbaijan’s defense ministry, military actions were halted as of 12:00 p.m. local time onTuesday, as a part of a ceasefire deal. The fierce fighting has claimed over 60 lives since it erupted Friday night. Both sides have accused each other of starting the violence.
