Baby elephant chases villagers after being rescued in India

A baby elephant was rescued after falling down a dry well in Ramakuppan village in India’s Andhra Pradesh state on Sunday. Local villagers gathered around to support the Forest Department officials as they dug out the well using an excavator to allow the baby elephant to climb to safety. The frightened elephant then began to chase the local residents and created panic in the village.
