Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has announced two days of national mourning after a deadly terrorist attack at a cafe in Dhaka left 20 dead. In a live television broadcast on Saturday, she pleaded with extremists to stop killing in the name of religion. She also said the country stood “committed and determined” to upholding its freedom, and would fight the “terror threat” that has mushroomed in its backyard.
