BJP Leader’s Son Conspirator In Dadri Lynching

TIMES NOW has exclusively accessed a copy of the chargesheet filed in the Dadri lynching case, which names the son of a local BJP leader, Vishal Rana, as the main conspirator of this case.

The chargesheet, filed by Gautam Budh Nagar police station, reveals that Rana and his cousin Shivam had “led the mob” to victim Mohammed Akhlaq’s house.

In the two-page chargesheet filed before a local court on Wednesday, police have named 15 people, among them a suspected juvenile whose age the cops have requested the court to examine. Nineteen people are accused in the case. The chargesheet against the remaining four will be filed later, police said.
A lynch mob had battered Mohammad Akhlaq to death in Greater Noida’s Bisada village on the suspicion that he had beef, but the chargesheet in the case, filed nearly three months after the September 28 murder, makes no mention of beef. It settles for the more general ‘meat’, ostensibly because the final report of the forensic test of the meat sample recovered from Akhlaq’s house has still not been filed.
