Bodies of Indonesian plane crash being transferred to hospital for identification

Indonesian rescuers on Wednesday began transferring the bodies of the 54 victims of Sunday’s plane crash to hospital for further identification. It has been four days since the ATR-42 turboprop plane, operated by Trigana Air, hit Mount Tangok during its flight from Jayapura to Oksibil, 280 km south of the provincial capital. The search team was able to recover bodies of all 54 people onboard the ill-fated plane, along with the black box of the aircraft on Tuesday.
