Bogota plans to pardon 30 FARC rebels

Colombia’s government announced Sunday that it will pardon 30 jailed FARC rebels. The move is part of a confidence-building effort during the ongoing peace talks. Meanwhile, an investigation has opened into possible war crimes committed by the surviving leaders of another rebel group. CCTV’s Michelle Begue has this report from Bogota.
