Brazil protests turn violent ahead of impeachment vote

Police have fought with protesters in Brazil’s largest city Sao Paulo. The clashes on Wednesday night saw pro and anti-government demonstrations on Sao Paulo’s main avenue. Those against the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff were loudly chanting her name at the scene. Local media showed riot police wrestling individuals to the ground. At least three people were arrested.
