Brazil’s Tourism Minister, Henrique Eduardo Alves, has resigned after being accused of taking bribes. Alves is the third minister to resign from Interim President Michel Temer’s cabinet, following Planning Minister Romero Juca and Transparency Minister Fabiano Silveira. Alves was one of about two dozen officials implicated in a graft scheme at state oil company Petrobras in plea bargain testimony made public on Wednesday.
