Britain’s Conservative Party has begun the first stage of voting in the process to replace David Cameron as party leader and Prime Minister. The ruling party’s 330 Members of Parliament will each vote for one of five candidates. The candidate with the least votes will be eliminated. The process will be repeated until two candidates remain. The party’s 150,000 members will then decide the winner, with the result to be declared on September 9.
