Brexit: PM candidates differ on Britain’s negotiating stance

Two leading candidates to be the next British prime minister have differed on the country’s terms of exit from the European Union. Home Secretary Theresa May said the country had to be clear about its terms before triggering Article 50, the formal step that will kick start negotiations with the EU. But her strongest rival, Junior Energy Minister Andrea Leadsom, said Britain needed to “get a grip and make progress”.
