British: Putin may have approved ex-KGB spy’s murder

A judge-led British inquiry has concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin “probably approved” a Russian intelligence operation to murder ex-KBG agent Alexander Litvinenko. The inquiry says Litvinenko’s killing was directed by Russia’s Federal Security Service. The Russian Foreign Ministry has called the inquiry biased and says it has clouded bilateral relations with the UK.
