Brussels blasts : 13 killed, many injured in twin explosions

A Series of explosions has rocked the Belgian capital Brussels. Two explosions ripped through the departure area of Zaventum airport on Tuesday morning. Police say at least 13 people are dead and many others injured. The cause of the explosions was not immediately confirmed Shortly after the airport explosions, another blast was reported at Maelbeek metro station in Brussels, close to European Union institutions. The Brussels metro system has now been closed.
