Belgian prosecutors say they have charged three men with terrorist offenses. One of the trio has been named as Fayçal Cheffou, who was arrested on Thursday. He was pictured wearing a hat in CCTV footage next to two others who blew themselves up at Brussels airport on Tuesday. Media outlets in the country say he has been charged with “terrorist murder”.
