Calling all chocolate lovers to Indonesia

Indonesia is the world’s third-largest producer of cocoa beans, but many are still unfamiliar with the taste of Indonesian chocolate. Local chocolate makers and restaurateurs are now bringing the country’s flavors to the global stage by introducing the concept of bean-to-bar chocolates using beans harvested on Indonesian soil. CCTV’s Silkina Ahluwalia stepped inside a chocolate factory in Jakarta to get the latest on the growing demand.
