UK Prime Minister David Cameron has begun talks with leaders of the European Parliament in a final push for a deal to keep Britain in the European Union. Jean-Claude Juncker said a British exit from the EU was not an option. EU leaders will try to narrow their remaining differences with Cameron at a summit on Thursday.
