Mongolia strives to find balance in its relations with two giant neighbors, China and Russia, and it’s so-called ‘third neighbor’, the United States. With Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj advocating a policy of ‘permanent neutrality,’ we look at what this means for his country’s role in the world and its growing economic ties with China.
