Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos is the winner of the 2016 Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to end 52 years of civil conflict with rebels in the country. However, as the nation’s peace process was stunted by a vote rejecting the agreement signed with rebel forces last Sunday, can this recognition save the peace process? CCTV’s Toby Muse has more.
