A plane carrying players from Brazilian football team Chapecoense has crashed in Colombia, killing 76 people, authorities said on Nov. 29.
The chartered flight from Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia to Medellin included 72 passengers and nine crew members.
Police said there were five survivors, while one other passenger died in hospital.
The entire Chapecoense football team was on board the British Aerospace 146 short-haul plane, as well as several journalists.
Authorities said it was not clear what caused the crash.
An emergency operation had been launched to allow rescue teams to reach the accident scene, in a mountainous region about 30 kilometers from the airport in Medellin.
Chapecoense was scheduled to play Atletico Nacional of Medellin in the first of a two-game Copa Sudamericana final on Nov. 30.
