Charges of rioting against 10 Hong Kong people dropped

Hong Kong prosecutors have dropped charges of rioting and illegal assembly against ten people, including a juvenile. The prosecutors said that there was not enough evidence to prove that the ten people had disrupted the peace or taken part in any riot. The violence took place in February when illegal street vendors clashed with law enforcement officers. Over 90 people were injured.
