Charlotte police shooting: Protesters in Charlotte request release of shooting tapes

A fourth night of protests over the fatal police shooting of a black man in Charlotte, North Carolina has ended peacefully. About 300 protesters took to the streets, calling on authorities to “release the tapes” of the shooting of Keith Scott, hours after his wife made public a video captured on her mobile phone. Some protesters gathered after nightfall in a small park, while others marched under the eye of National Guard troops, chanting “resist the police.”
