For the first time, Chery, the famous Chinese car brand, has uncovered a car for the first time in another country than China. The Arrizo 5 was launched in Chile on Thursday, touted as a high-quality, remarkable vehicle.
Chile had the honor of being the first market to get this car with the Espacio Riesco conventions center in Santiago receiving the event.
(NATSOUND, Spanish) “It is not a coincidence that we are the ones to receive this honor, because the brand has seen marked growth in Chile.”
These words heralded a great night for Chery. In recent years, the Chery brand has grown steadily in Latin America and has positioned itself among the leading Chinese car brands. Chilean experts believe that, in the future, Chery will become a major player within the Chilean industry.

“The design of this car is extraordinary, as well as its performance, finishing, quality, and equipment. The experience we have had with this car before launch has been extremely successful and we are very optimistic about the market success it will see in Chile and other export markets. ”
Hugo Castro was “extremely optimistic” about the future sales of “Arrizo 5″, saying that ” it is a car that is well designed, has a good finish, has the right mix of equipment and will surely be very well accepted.”
Chery International has become characterized as the main Chinese exporter of passenger vehicles for 13 consecutive years. The “Arrizo 5” will be launched in China next week, before being rolled out in Middle East markets, such as Egypt and Iran.
