Chicago’s Chinatown, one of the most thriving Asian communities in the United States, is bucking a trend of gentrification and loss of identity. Located a 10–minute drive from downtown, it is home to more than 8,000 people and a bustling business community. As gentrification wipes out Chinatowns across the US, a model for survival is being forged in Chicago. CCTV’s correspondent Roza Kazan has the details.
