China-Australia Film Festival closes in Sydney

China-Australia International Film Festival wrapped up Sunday in the Australian capital of Sydney.

The two sides agreed that closer cooperation could further enhance the development of both country’s film industries on the global stage.

At the closing ceremony of the China-Australia International Film Festival, Deputy Director-General of China’s Film Bureau said China, as the second largest film market in the world, will not rely on the import of Hollywood blockbusters to develop its film market.
