Diplomats from China and the ASEAN have concluded a meeting in China’s northern city of Manzhouli, where they discussed the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea. China’s Vice Foreign Minister Liu Zhenming called for all ASEAN members to strengthen cooperation and safeguard the stability in South China Sea. It is the first meeting on the South China Sea since the result of the arbitration case filed by the Philippines was announced by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
