China chief negotiator on UN climate summit

The United Nations summit on climate change begins today in Paris.
Around 150 heads of state will come to the opening session at Le Bourget conference center, injecting political momentum to the negotiations.

Countries wish the deal could set rules for global actions and cooperation in addressing climate change after 2020.
