China is drafting guidelines for auto makers doing business in the country to help them obey the anti-monopoly law. The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said the guidelines cover issues such as intellectual property rights, exemptions, investigation processes and fines. The new guidelines will give auto makers a clearer picture of the country’s anti-monopoly practices, and are aimed at helping businesses take steps to abide by the anti-monopoly law.
