China extends cash aid for quake-affected Pakistanis

The Red Cross Society of China (RCSC) on Wednesday handed Pakistan a cash support of 100,000 U.S. dollars for quake-affected people.

Describing China and Pakistan as close neighbors and ‘iron brothers’, Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong said Chinese government and people on this moment are standing together with Pakistan shoulder-to-shoulder, hand-in-hand.

According to official data, China Red Cross has been the first one that extended cash assistance for Pakistan.
