China insists on two-way talks in resolving South China Sea disputes

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang says the South China Sea issue should be resolved through bilateral talks by relevant parties. He made the remarks at a meeting with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc ahead of the 11th Asia-Europe Meeting Summit in Ulan Bator. The Vietnamese leader said his country understands China’s stance on the issue.
