China opposes ‘long arm jurisdiction’ in response to US’ action against Chinese firm assisting DPRK

China opposes any country using its own laws to carry out “long arm jurisdiction,” spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Geng Shuang said on Tuesday after the US sanctioned a Chinese company which distributes industrial machinery over alleged connection to the DPRK’s nuclear program. Geng also said China is willing to cooperate with other countries if need be.
