Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Monday that China will provide 100 million US dollars in additional humanitarian aid when he attended the Summit for Refugees and Migrants at the UN headquarters in New York. This is the first time the UN General Assembly has called for a summit at the heads of state and government level on large movements of refugees and migrants.
